We are currently hiring for the following positions:


OFFICE MANAGER
//
Would you like to help us keep our shit together? We need a super organised individual who can plan, coordinate and direct office support activities to relieve us of day-to-day administrative tasks.


This role includes keeping track of:

Purchase orders
Shipping issues in & outbound
Online stock
Creating pay-links for insta live sales
Inventory of office supplies in stock
Event calendar
BTW reporting
Keep our HOUSE all clean & presentable – coordinating cleaning staff
Help with making products for our in-house brand products

You will also need to update stock online and assist in pricing products.


Qualifications & experience

Communicate clearly in spoken and written English and Dutch
Be detail orientated and enjoy spreadsheets 😉
Ability to self-manage and work independently
Experience with Gmail, GSuite, Excel and digital file organization
Experience with WordPress is a bonus


Requirements

Your own laptop
Ability to work on a freelance basis
Availability to be in the Amsterdam office up to 3 days a week
Available for up to 4 hours per day, 3 days per week?
You can partly work from home, coming into the Amsterdam office once or twice a week.

PICK, PACK & SHIP ASSISTANT
//
Would you like to help us fulfil our customer orders? We are looking for someone who is detail orientated, energetic and can work with focus and accuracy. A sense of humour is a must – this is not an Amazon warehouse.

You will need to:

Process customer orders by locating the product listed on “pick tickets” and selecting proper quantities listed for each item by type, style, size, and colour
Neatly collect products in picking baskets and keep multiple orders organized
Maintain cleanliness and organization of product storage locations accessed during the picking process
Accurately collate packing slips and shipping labels for each order assigned
Carefully wrap and pack orders so that products arrive undamaged to the customer. Each order is wrapped as a “gift to self” so extra care and attention to detail is needed

Required to maintain attendance and minimum levels of productivity and accuracy (pick rate and error rate minimums)


Qualifications & experience

Excellent in reading and writing in English


Requirements

Must be comfortable to stand/walk for a 5-hour shift in a warehouse environment and be able to walk and carry packages to the Post Office point 200m away
Able to work independently
Eye for detail
Knowledge of crystals and spirituality / metaphysical goods is a benefit
Ability to work on a freelance basis
Available for up to 5 hours per day, 3 days per week, starting at 9.30 am in Amsterdam

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do you enjoy helping others? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer support to our much-loved customers. You will deliver engaging, personalized experiences based on individual customer needs. This position is virtual and requires a home office setting that is noise and distraction-free.

Role & responsibilities

Receive and process social media DMs, telephone calls and emails. You will need to answer customer questions, address their concerns and help them with a particular product or service and shipping related issues.
React quickly and communicate clearly to effectively resolve customer issues. We are a customer-focused company so we want our customers to be satisfied.
Document and maintain records of customer interactions
Create basic product entries in WordPress in order to send customers “payment links.” Add or remove stock from online systems where required.


Qualifications & experience

Communicate clearly in spoken and written English. Dutch is a bonus but not necessary.
Be creative, adaptive and eager to create happy moments
Ability to self-manage and work independently
Some knowledge of crystals, tarot & all-round spirituality would be helpful.
Experience with Gmail and GSuite. Comfortable with Instagram and Facebook messaging services. Experience with WordPress is a bonus.
