SHIPPING INFORMATION

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and weight of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Lucky you, yes we do. We ship all over the world from our lovely fulfilment center in The Netherlands. Prices are automatically calculated at check out. Please note we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders are shipped the same day or next business day. If you are in the Netherlands then it will take on average 1-3 working days for your package to arrive, the rest of Europe on average 2-4 working days, UK on average 4-7 working days, US on average 8-12 working days, and rest of the world 8-15 working days.

 

Can you send my order to a PO Box or Pick-Up Point?

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box or Pick-Up Point. If you mistakenly enter a PO Box or Pick Up Point address on your order please contact us ASAP to change the address on your order to a residential or office address before it is sent. Packages that are returned to us by our postal carrier due to being rejected at a PO Box or Pick Up point can only be resent (to a new address) at the cost of the customer.

 

I still haven’t received my order.

We’re sorry to hear that your order has been delayed. Please check the status of your order with the track and trace number provided in your confirmation email. If you have not received your order within 30 days please contact us by email.

We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you. In most cases, your parcel has been sent with insurance and you might be eligible for a refund. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed/missed delivery/incorrect address, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. We can not cover the costs for ‘resending’ the package.

Additionally, if your package is not delivered/returned to us due to an error with your address, you are responsible for the cost of additional shipping to resend your items.

RETURNS

I received my product broken or with missing parts.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return your unused product in the original undamaged and/or unopened packaging.

Before returning a product send us an email at support@houseofformlab.com so we can provide you with a return address and form. Returns without this form are not eligible for refunds.

Please note: we are unable to offer returns on items where you have changed your mind, don’t like or ‘don’t connect with’ the item or for goods that are made to your specifications or that are clearly personalised. We ask that you shop mindfully.

 

What are the costs of returning my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning your order by post (unless your order is broken or incomplete in which case please send us an email).

Which carrier should I use to return my order?

You are free to use the carrier of your choice. Please note that House of Formlab is not responsible for loss or breakage of items, we strongly advise you to use a carrier with a track and trace option.

 

When will I be reimbursed for a returned order?

You will be reimbursed within 14 days of receiving your return.
