- Claiming a Crystal: To claim a crystal, use an emoji or a word such as “claim”, “sold”, “mine”, “dibs”, or any other appropriate word. The first person to claim with the correct price wins the crystal shown.
- Crystal Specificity: The exact crystal shown is what’s sold, unless stated otherwise as randomly chosen or intuitively picked.
- Finality of Claims: Once you claim a crystal, it’s final. No put-backs or exchanges due to immediate invoicing and logistical challenges.
- Open Box Option**: We offer an “open box” service. If you wish to keep adding items to your box, ensure your invoice is paid within 24 hours and leave us a note stating you want to keep your box open. The open box can be maintained for a maximum of one month.
- Remember, utilizing the open box option allows you to consolidate purchases and potentially save on shipping, while still honoring the commitment to timely payment and respect for our crystal community at HOF.
- Post-Claim Process: After claiming in the live show, send us a direct message (DM) with your complete home address and email for invoicing. Payment options include iDEAL, credit card, Klarna or PayPal.
- Invoice and Payment: We’ll DM you when your invoice is ready. Prompt payment is crucial; delayed payment risks cart abandonment and items being put back in the live sale.
- Prompt Checkout: We appreciate your prompt checkout. Please pay your invoice within 24 hours to avoid delays in processing your order. Orders start getting prepared from Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM.
- Consequences of Late Payment: Delayed payment may result in order cancellation. Reach out to us for any payment issues; otherwise, non-payment by Thursday leads to order cancellation and blocking from future live sales.
- Blocking Policy: Ghosts and timewasters will be blocked. This is to ensure fairness to all participants.
- Shipping Details: Shipping costs are based on weight and volume, ranging from €5 to 30 euros depending on location. We ship from Portugal.
- Tracking Purchases: Keep track of your purchases; we won’t be showing or DMing photos of your purchases during live sales. You can re-watch the sale and screenshot your purchases.
- No Trades or Put-Backs: Please do not trade or put back items once claimed. Claiming a crystal means commitment to purchase, preventing others from getting it.
- Claiming Unshown Items: Do not claim items that have not been shown yet.
- Communication During Live Sales: We can’t respond to DMs sent during a live sale. All messages will be answered the next day.
- Response Time: We strive to answer all DMs within 48 hours, though high volume may sometimes extend this timeframe.
