Hematite is a black/grey/silvery iron oxide-based mineral that is electrically conductive. It is found in many beautiful formations like kidney ore (botryoidal), iron rose, and spectacularite. Hematite can be formed in watery environments such as hot springs and lake beds, or as a result of volcanic activity. It has also been found on Mars!
Hematite comes from the Greek word for Blood and is a balancing stone for your mind, body and soul. It excels in reinvigorating energy flows around your entire system and restarting those Chakras.
