Prehnite
Prehnite is named after Colonel Hendrik Von Prehn, the commander of the Dutch military forces at the Cape of Good Hope shortly before it was discovered in 1788, in South Africa. It is also mined in Canada and the Northern Territories of Australia where some of the best gem-quality stones come from. Prehnite often occurs together with dark green Epidote strands in the pale green Prehnite matrix, making for an interesting metaphysical mix.
Prehnite emits gentle vibrations and loving energy.
