How to Work With This Candle
This is a slow ritual.
The Seven Gates Candle has a burn time of approximately 100 hours, divided across seven layers. Each colour represents one energetic gate, and each gate takes time.
There is no rush.
There is no schedule to keep up with.
One gate per colour.
One layer at a time.
Stay with each chakra for as many nights as you need.
Some layers may ask for two evenings.
Others may want a full week.
Trust that pacing is part of the healing.
Working the Candle
Before lighting:
- Choose a quiet moment
- Sit comfortably
- Take three slow breaths
Light the candle and sit with it for 10–30 minutes.
Let the flame, colour, and scent do the work.
You may:
- meditate
- breathe consciously
- place a hand on the corresponding chakra
- sit in silence
When it feels complete for that session, extinguish the candle intentionally. You may want to journal on what sensations arose.
Return to the same colour on another night as long as needed.
Important
This candle is not meant to be burned straight through.
It is meant to be worked with.
Healing happens through consistency, presence, and patience.
Not speed.
Each layer opens when it is ready.
Each gate closes itself when the work is done.
You will know when it is time to move on.
The Seven Gates of the Chakra Candle
Each colour marks a gate.

Work them from bottom to crown. Do not skip ahead.
Gate I — The Root Gate
