Receive the 7 Blessings Ritual
I really love this ritual I am about to share with you. I named it the Seven Blessings.
Consider this a sacred receiving. Seven days, seven blessings, each one a prayer wrapped in smoke, carrying you deeper into your own magick. As you move through the days, you’re burning incense, opening yourself to receive abundance, cleansing, ancestral guidance, healing, harmony, love, and protection. It’s a soft unfolding, a renewal that settles deep into your spirit.
When the moon rises and the world softens, prepare your space. Dim the lights, light a candle in purple or white, and gather your sacred things: a journal, a crystal or two, perhaps your favorite charm. Hold the first incense disc in your hand. Feel its energy humming beneath your fingertips. Whisper your intention into it, inviting the first blessing to find its way to you.
7 discs for 7 blessings
Day 1 Yagra & frankincense for abundance and purification
Invocation: “Golden light flow through me, may all that I touch grow and thrive. I open my hands to receive abundance.”
Day 2 Bay leaf, eucalyptus, rosemary & cedar for deep cleansing
Invocation: “I release what no longer serves, and welcome clarity into my spirit. I am ready to receive renewal.”
Day 3 Copal for ancestral purification
Invocation: “Ancient ones, guide my steps, cleanse my path with sacred fire. I receive your wisdom with reverence.”
Day 4 Calendula for healing and creativity

Day 5 Sandalwood for harmony

Day 6 Rose for love

Day 7 Rue for energetic protection
Invocation: “Sacred circle of light, surround me, nothing but love may enter here. I receive divine protection and peace.”
Place your disc in the incense burner and light it. Watch as the flame awakens its spirit and smoke curls into the air, swirling like a prayer taking form. Let the scent guide you inward. With every breath, feel the herbs weaving their magick, cleansing, soothing, and opening you to receive.
As the disc burns for about 5 to 15 minutes, speak your own words of power or simply rest in silence, allowing the blessing to sink into your being. When only ash remains, the sacred dust of transformation, gather it with gratitude. You can use it later in potions, blend it into anointing oils, or keep it on your altar as a token of what you’ve received. If your ritual was for cleansing, return the ashes to the earth to complete the cycle.
