When your energy feels scattered, your inspiration quiet, your spirit slightly out of reach.
The Seven Blessings Ritual is a gentle but real reset.
Seven nights. Seven discs. Seven openings.
You do not need to be experienced.
You do not need to do it perfectly.
You only need to show up.
How This Ritual Works
• One disc per night, for seven consecutive nights
• Each disc carries a specific blessing
• You light it, sit with the smoke, and receive
• There is a beginning and a clear end
You cannot fail this ritual.
Some nights will feel subtle. Some will feel powerful.
Both mean the work is moving.
Before You Begin
Choose a quiet time in the evening, when the day is done.
Prepare a small ritual space:
• an incense burner suitable for discs
• a journal and pen
• a white or purple candle
• one or two sacred items if you like (a crystal, charm, or talisman)
Dim the lights.
Sit comfortably.
Let this be unhurried.
Each Night of the Ritual
- Place one incense disc in your burner
- Light the disc
- Sit with the smoke for 5–15 minutes
- Whisper the invocation for that day (or speak it silently)
- When the disc has finished burning, write anything that comes up

Follow the sequence below.
If the discs vary slightly in colour or order, trust the label and the intention.
Day 1 — Ancient Purification
Copal
Invocation:
Ancient ones, cleanse my path. Guide my steps.
(You clear the ancestral and spiritual field first. This sets the entire ritual.)
Day 2 — Healing & Creativity
Calendula
Invocation:
Restore my body, soothe my heart, renew my creative fire.
(Now that the path is clean, healing and inspiration can enter safely.)
Day 3 — Love
Rose
Invocation:
Love eternal, bloom within me. May I give and receive with grace.
(Love opens best once the body and spirit feel supported.)
Day 4 — Abundance & Purification
Yagra & Frankincense
Invocation:
Golden light flow through me. I open my hands to receive abundance.
(Abundance comes after love, not before. This is where receiving becomes natural.)
Day 5 — Harmony
Sandalwood
Invocation:
Balance flow through me. I receive calm in all I am.
(This day stabilises everything you’ve opened so far.)
Day 6 — Energetic Protection
Myrrh
Invocation:
Sacred light surround me. Only love may enter here.
(You protect the new state before final clearing.)
Day 7 — Deep Cleansing
Bay Leaf, Cedar, Eucalyptus & Rosemary
Invocation:
I release what no longer serves. I welcome clarity.
(This clears residual debris and locks the work in place.)
During the Burn
Watch the smoke rise.
Let time slow.
This is not a moment to multitask.
This is your communion.
If emotions surface, let them.
If nothing obvious happens, trust that something is settling quietly.
The scent may linger in your space for days.
This is part of the work continuing.
After Each Night
When only ash remains:
• gather it with gratitude
• keep it on your altar,
• blend it into oils or potions, or
• return it to the earth if your ritual was one of release
There is no wrong choice. Follow your intuition.
Completing the Ritual
When the seventh disc has burned, the ritual is complete.
Your field has been cleared.
Your blessings have been received.
Nothing more is required.
