How to Prepare Your Herbal Cacao
Your pack contains a disc of 100g of pure sacred cacao and a blend of plants and spices.
Step 1: Choose Your Dosage
The disc has 10 equal portions embossed into it for easy use.
– Daily ritual or nutritional dose 1-2 portions of the disc.
– Ceremonial dose 3-5 portions of the disc.
Step 2: Add A Hot Liquid
You can gently heat water or plant-based milk (Oat Milk is our fave!) but do not boil.
Pour the liquid over the portions of cacao in a heat proof mug or bowl.
Step 3: Blend the Magick
Whisk the cacao and warm liquid together until it is smooth and velvety. All the blends are already flavoured with traditional Maya spices and plants but you can add your own sweetener as required.
